1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, customized items, and clearance/sale items may be non-returnable. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • For items eligible for free returns, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
